Ambassador Program Terms
Last updated: September 7, 2026
1. About the program
These rules supplement the Zambian Dates Terms and Conditions. By applying to or participating in the ambassador program, you agree to follow both sets of terms.
Participation is subject to review. Approval, referral attribution, projected earnings, and payout requests do not guarantee that a commission will be paid.
2. Earning a commission
Your current commission rate is shown in your ambassador dashboard. Each referral keeps the rate that applied when it was recorded.
A referred member must complete all qualification requirements within the period shown in the dashboard, including:
- remaining a genuine member in good standing;
- verification, profile completion, profile text, and qualifying photos;
- the minimum account age and meaningful activity on separate days;
- the required swipe activity and a genuine conversation signal; and
- device-eligibility and fraud review.
Qualified commissions enter a review hold before becoming available. Projected or held earnings cannot be withdrawn.
3. Honest promotion
You may promote online, through social media, in communities, at events, or offline. Social media is optional.
You must not:
- create or coordinate fake accounts, self-referrals, or artificial engagement;
- mislead people about Zambian Dates, commissions, prices, safety, or your relationship with us;
- claim to be staff, support, or an official Zambian Dates account;
- use spam, harassment, unlawful content, or another person’s identity or brand; or
- offer incentives that encourage dishonest qualification activity.
4. Referral codes and attribution
Your existing referral code remains yours. A branded code is optional, requires approval, and may be rejected or revoked for abuse, impersonation, legal risk, or policy violations.
The first valid referral attribution is final. Using another code later does not move a member to a different ambassador. Revoked codes stop accepting new referrals but remain part of historical records.
5. Reviews, suspension, and rejected earnings
We may review referrals, devices, account enforcement, signup patterns, and payout-recipient matches to prevent fraud. Internal fraud evidence is not shown in the ambassador dashboard.
Unpaid commissions may be rejected for fraud or invalid activity. An ambassador account may be suspended or closed, which can pause payouts and release of held earnings. Ordinary dating-account and referral-credit rules continue to apply separately.
6. Payouts
Payouts are requested only after the minimum available balance shown in the dashboard is reached. Payout routes are reviewed manually and may not be available in every country or through every provider.
Before payment, you receive an exact quote showing the provider, destination currency, transfer or conversion fees, and expected destination amount. You may accept or decline that quote before it expires. You are responsible for providing accurate recipient and destination details and for any tax obligations that apply to you.
7. Privacy and records
Referral progress is shown without message contents, counterpart identities, device identifiers, IP addresses, or internal moderation evidence. We retain application, terms-acceptance, referral, review, and financial records as needed for program integrity, legal obligations, and payment history.
See the Privacy Policy for the broader rules governing personal information.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these ambassador terms. Referral attribution and qualification may continue, but you must review and accept the current version before making a new payout request.
The general Zambian Dates Terms and Conditions also continue to apply.
