By accessing or using Zambian Dates (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must accept these terms before creating an account or uploading any user-generated content.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account, and use only one account unless we approve otherwise.

Login methods (for example, email, phone, or social login) may change over time based on product, security, legal, or operational requirements.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC)

The Service may allow you to create, upload, and share content such as profile information, photos, and messages ("UGC"). You retain ownership of your UGC, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it solely to operate and improve the Service.

You represent that you have the rights to any UGC you post and that it complies with these terms and applicable law.

4. Objectionable Content and Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service to create, upload, or share content that:

• Contains child sexual abuse material or exploits, sexualizes, or endangers minors
• Includes harassment, bullying, hate, or discriminatory content
• Threatens or incites violence or self-harm
• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or solicits sexual services for compensation
• Impersonates others, misrepresents your identity, or facilitates fraud or scams
• Publishes private or confidential information without consent
• Promotes illegal activities or violates any law or regulation
• Contains spam, malicious links, or harmful code

5. Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation

We provide in-app tools to report objectionable content and block users. We review reports and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, warnings, account suspension, or termination. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent bans.

For trust and safety, authorized moderators and administrators may review relevant profile content, verification submissions, and message history related to reports, abuse investigations, or legal compliance. We may also send in-app administrative notices to users.

6. Child Safety & Protection Policy (CSAE)

Zambian Dates has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
We strictly prohibit:
Any sexual content involving minors (under 18)
Grooming behavior
Solicitation of minors
Sharing or requesting explicit images of minors
Human trafficking or exploitation of minors
Enforcement
If we detect content or behavior that violates these standards:
The account will be immediately suspended or permanently banned.
Relevant content will be removed.
We may report the user to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
Reporting
Users can report inappropriate content or behavior directly inside the app at the source of violation of our terms.

7. Safety, Security, and Legal Compliance

You agree to follow all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We may investigate and cooperate with law enforcement regarding suspected illegal activity or safety concerns.

8. Paid Features

Paid features, subscriptions, and consumable digital items may be offered. Prices, available plans, features, and limits can change. Unless otherwise required by law, purchases are final, and you are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, and charges tied to your payment method or platform account.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its content, trademarks, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these terms or for safety, security, or legal reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms and change the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
